ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping fee: €8
• Delivery in 3–7 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom and Extra EU

Shipping fee: €15

SHIPPING COSTS

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International shipments, including orders shipped to the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

These charges:

  • are not included in the product price or shipping fees

  • are the sole responsibility of the customer

FAESYIA is unable to estimate customs charges, as they vary depending on destination country regulations.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

FAESYIA cannot be held responsible for:

  • orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • additional shipping costs due to address errors

  • lost packages caused by inaccurate address information

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, FAESYIA is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen packages

  • unclaimed deliveries

  • delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
